What is Church Center?
Church Center is a mobile app and web experience through Planning Center where you can explore, engage, and get involved with Subi Church.

What is Planning Center?
Planning Center Online (PCO) is a web-based program for churches to streamline communication, organise information, coordinate events, and connect with others.

How can I install the Church Center App?
To install the correct app for your device, click on subichurch.com/app from your device. If you would prefer not to install an app, you can access the web browser version at subichurch.churchcenter.com.

I can’t find Subi Church when I open the App
If you install the app using the subichurch.com/app link from your device then it will automatically select Subi Church.  However, if you install the app from the app store, you will need to search for our church. To do this, make sure your location settings are enabled or enter our full church name as “Subiaco Church” in the search box.

I can’t find the app once it has been installed
The app is called “Church Center” and looks like this:

The app asks me to allow notifications.  Should I allow this feature?
This will enable the church staff to send periodic notifications to you.  It is recommended that you enable this feature.

The app cannot find my account when I login
This generally means that we do not have the right email address connected to your profile. You can either create a new account or speak to one of our staff members at the Connect Hub and we will get this resolved.

The app is saying that I am under 13 and cannot login
We may have your incorrect date of birth on record. Please speak to one of our staff members at the Connect Hub and we will get this resolved.

How do I update my personal details and/or my photo on the app?
Click on the “Me” icon at the bottom left of the app.  Then click on the first section which has your name in it. Then select “Contact & profile information” and update your personal details. Click “Update Photo” to change your photo.
