Sharing Christ’s love and the hope of the gospel with our local community is key to our commission as a church. We have a number of outreach ministries aimed at serving the spiritual, social and material needs of the Subiaco community. Please come and join us!
If you would like to improve your English, you are welcome to join our free ESL (English as a Second Language) class at Subi Church. Qualified and accredited English teachers offer classes where you can learn English and meet new friends.
Classes run on Thursdays during the school term, 10am – 12 noon. For more information, please contact David Skirving (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Our monthly coffee mornings provide a great setting to have a chat and make new friends over a cuppa and homemade morning tea. We also have a sausage sizzle, please drop by and say hi!
The Art Seeds Project is an outreach ministry which hopes to impact lives for Christ in our local community through a community arts group, meeting on the first Friday of the month, 10am – 12 noon in our church café . There is no cost for attending.
You can bring their own art and craft projects to do alongside others. Join us for a relaxed, fun and nurturing environment to explore the creative process. There is a short devotional and morning tea at 11am. Participants are free to drop in and go off anytime. Absolute beginners are welcome too.
Come and enjoy a cuppa, relax and sing along to gospel songs and other favourites! Join us for a great time of music and making friends with the local Subiaco community. We meet on the last Saturday of each month, 2.30pm – 4.30pm at The Third Place (Salvos) on Barker Road.
On the last Friday of each month, we run community programs for the residents of Wandana, located on Thomas Street in Subiaco. Come along as we share a meal, enjoy each others’ company and sing along to old favourites!
The Mums & Bubs group is a fun and supportive environment for families with children between the ages of 0-4 years. We aim to show Christ’s love and care by providing a fun, safe environment where children can play and parents/caregivers can meet and support one another. We meet on alternate Thursdays and Fridays during the school term, 10am – 11.30am.
