There are 2 parts and the men can come to one or both parts on Saturday 27 July
8am Perry Lakes Park Run (see details here). This can be a walk or run depending on your level of fitness. Plan to arrive early at 7:45 to meet up, warm up, and work out who to walk or run with. This part is free.
9am Coffee and BBQ breakfast at Grant’s place (email for details). Cost: $10. Pay on the day. After breakfast there will be a short devotion and discussion on the topic: “How sweet it is to be wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked.”
