Ray group up in Perth and worked as a Software developer for 15 years before responding to the call to train to become a Pastor and completing his Masters of Divinity at Vose Bible college in Perth. His ministry experience includes many years of leadership at Bible Study Fellowship, followed by an internship at Subi Church, before becoming our Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor. In 2017 Ray became the Senior Pastor of East Fremantle Baptist and served there for almost 7 years before returning as our Executive Pastor in 2024. Ray is married to Caren and together they have 3 boys: Samuel, Zachary and Judson.
