There are multiple ways that you can help bless the Community during this event.

Set up Team 12:00 – 15:00 TBC (Set up tables for 100 guests, bring supplies, set up registration & food service areas, wrap gifts)
Wednesday, 25 December 2024
Welcome Team 11:30 – 13:30 (Welcome, name tags, register new guests, sit and chat to guests, especially if seated alone)
Food Prep Team 10:00 – 14:00 / 10:00 – 12:00 (Heating of food)
Food Service Team 12:00 – 14:00 (Plating of food)
Waitering Team 12:00 – 14:00 (Serving plated food to guests)
Wash-up Team 12:30 – 14:30 (Washing up during food prep & service)
Clean-up Team 14:00 – 16:00 (clearing tables, cleaning kitchen and packing away items into storage)
Transport Team 11:30 – 12:00 & 14:00 – 14:30 (fetching guests from their homes in your vehicle and taking them to the lunch. Also taking them home after the lunch.)
Gifts
We are also collecting gifts to bless our guests (ie. chocolates, biscuits, hand cream, photo frame, fragrant candles, toiletries etc)
