New at Subi Kids

New at Subi Kids

At Subi Kids, our goal is to partner with parents (grandparents and caregivers too) to make disciples.
Every weekend, all children (infants through Year 6) experience safe, age-appropriate lessons where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. We are passionate about kids learning about Jesus in a way they can understand, remember and apply to their daily lives!

Babies – 2 year olds : Subi Kids Room 1
2 – 3 year olds : Subi Kids Room 2
Kindy – Pre-primary : Subi Kids Room 3
Year 1 – Year 3 : Upstairs Activity Room 2
Year 4 – Year 6 : Upstairs Activity Room 1

YOUR FIRST VISIT – WHAT TO EXPECT

Infants to pre-primary
When you arrive, you should be able to clearly see the SubiKids area. Or ask an usher at the door and they’ll be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Next, register your child for Subi Kids and you’ll receive a pager to take with you into the service. This pager will light up and vibrate if your child requires your personal attention.

At the end of the service, you can pick up your child by going to your child’s room and returning the pager to the kids ministry leader.

If you have questions about our values, policies or procedures, feel free to our Subi Kids Director Airen Mulligan.

Year 1 – Year 6 Kids
Our primary school-aged kids start off in the auditorium with their parents/care-giver and enjoy the worship service. The kids will be dismissed just before the sermon to join the fun upstairs and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!

SAFETY & SECURITY

All our programs have built-in security measures to ensure a safe environment for our kids. All kids ministry leaders have been screened and interviewed, and have a mandatory working with children check. Team training is held regularly to ensure that our leaders are qualified, well equipped and kept up to date with developments in their ministry area.

COVID Safe
We have a number of additional policies (sanitisation, low physical contact, etc) policies in place to discourage the spread of the virus.
