Missions
Christ gave his church his marching orders in the Great Commission in Matthew 28 to bring in and build up disciples in increasing number. It is not the great suggestion or the great omission but the Great Commission. As such Subi Church has a strong emphasis on missions – locally, nationally and internationally.
Our vision is for everyone to find a way to be involved in missions – whether it is talking to your neighbours, helping out at playgroup, going on a short term mission trip, praying for those on mission or being a long-term missionary.
The map and lists below demonstrate the missionaries Subi Church support.
The Missions Committee is in regular communication with our missionaries and meets quarterly to pray for our missionaries, to consider new opportunities for mission and to oversee the missions’ budget.
Funds are set aside for church members who would like to engage in short term missions.
If you would like more information, or to find out how you can get involved in a short-term mission trip, contact us.
